The following blog post is the ninth in our journey through the special edition of RE-AIM in the Frontiers in Public Health special issue! The article titled “Evaluating “Take the Stairs, Wyoming!” Through the RE-AIM Framework: Challenges and Opportunities” written by Balis and Strayer (2019), shows the use of RE-AIM in the exploration of evaluating and considering the pragmatic reality in community health interventions. This is a unique publication that shows the use of RE-AIM to help with transparency and adapting intervention reporting when faced with the pragmatic barriers of community interventions.
