Overview
The PCSI is designed to assess PRISM contextual domains at different phases of implementation and can be used to measure factors that may impact RE-AIM implementation outcomes. This instrument helps to assess organizational and patient perspectives of the intervention and implementation plan, characteristics of the recipients (organizational/staff implementers and patient recipients), the infrastructure to support implementation and sustainment, and external environment.
The questions in the PCSI can be customized to specify a specific intervention and some questions may need to be customized to fit the target population, or other contextual factors. Consultation for how to customize may be available. Contact: [email protected].
