June 3, 2013 – Welcome to RE-AIM.org!
We are almost half way into 2013 and realized we don’t have many new presentations or publications up this year. To get things rolling we just posted a recent presentation that Dr. Russ Glasgow delivered at the National Cancer Institute DCCP Health Disparities Workgroup.
The presentation includes two applications of RE-AIM. One focuses on a randomized controlled trial with a goal to reduce disparities in obesity and hypertension. The second focuses on the implementation of a tool to integrate behavioral and psychosocial assessment and brief follow-up into primary care settings.
Each of the projects has a unique contribution to using RE-AIM to address health inequities and is worth a look!
